Summer Conditioning Week #3

Keep up the great work!  Already seeing huge improvements in in everybody that has been consistent these last two weeks.  Make sure you are keeping a log of your activities.  If you are still struggling to show up consistently, let Coach Bartlett know so we can put together a plan for you. Enjoy the holiday with your family and friends! Schedule for next week is:

Start thinking about scheduling your physical for the upcoming school and getting your iron ferritin checked.  

Our Silverwood trip is tentatively planned for July 31st with the cost being $50 per athlete.  I will need to start finalizing how many athletes will be attending.  The cost includes transportation to the park, ticket into the park, and a catered lunch in the park.  Please email or text Coach Bartlett, if you haven't already, if this is something you are interested in participating in.    

Make sure your shoes still have good life in them before starting training.  Good shoes will last anywhere from between 300 and 500 miles.
