Summer Conditioning Week #8

This week is the last official week of conditioning.  Keep a rhythm and a routine going the next couple of weeks until practice starts. Get together as a team and find time to get workouts in.  The fall sports clearance night will be held Wednesday August 15th @ 6:00 in the RHS cafeteria.  First official practice day is August 20th.  You must be cleared through the office in order to be able to participate that first day.

Summer Conditioning Week #7

Great job last week by our athletes (Jacoby Sherman, Kurt Leitner, Bailee Carr, Madilynn Carr, Sophia Fetrow, Kara Lee Edvalson, Andrijana Fundak, Bella Williams, & Lauren Hastings) at White Pass XC camp last week.  Please make sure you are keeping a record of your physical activity (running, biking, hiking, swimming, etc).  Start of the season is only 4 weeks away.  Start making a plan for your physicals and other items that need to be taken care of before the season.

Summer Conditioning Week #5

First day of cross country practice is only six weeks away.  Keep a running log of what your workouts and start planning for what you need to get done before the start of the season (schedule, new shoes, racing spikes, etc).  Keep up the good work!!  Schedule for the week is as follows:
