Schedule for the week

No Practice this Friday.  Athletes who are not racing this weekend should get a run in on their own.  Practice for those not competing practice begins at 9:00 on Saturday morning at the RHS Track Shed.

The schedule for Saturday is as follows:

10:20 am  2 mile
11:00 am  Frosh/Soph High School JV
11:45 am  JR/SR High School JV Boys
12:30 pm  High School JV Girls
1:15 pm    High School Girls Varsity
2:00 pm    High School Boys Varsity 
2:30 pm    Awards

Monday, October 6th  at 6:00 pm will be a volunteer meeting for the Richland Invite.  This year we are scheduled to host over 70 schools and it cannot run without the help of parents.  Please plan on having at least one parent attend.  Pizza provided.

Team pictures are schedule to take place on October 10th.  Time to come later this week.

Runners that were not able to go to Lakewood this weekend should run on their own and text coach Bartlett the run length and distances that they covered.

There will be a pasta feed on Tuesday at the Jones' home.  More information to come.

Itinerary

The itinerary for the Highlander Invite has been posted under the handouts sections.

Friday

There will be a team meeting for all XC athletes at 1:40 in room 2260.  Athletes will be done by 2:00.

Week of September 7th

*This week we will be traveling to Shadle Park High School in Spokane to compete in the Highlander Invitational on Saturday.  The schedule is as follows:

9:30 am  Freshman boys

10:00 am Freshman girls

10:30 am  Sophomore boys

11:00 am  Combined girls

11:30 am  Junior boys

12:00 pm  Varsity girls

12:30 pm  Senior boys

Freshmen & Sophomores (both boys and girls) will load their bus at 5:30 am.
Juniors & Seniors (both boys and girls) will load their bus at 6:30 am.

Richland High School's 1st Annual Spike Night will be Wednesday, September 10th at Runner's Soul in Kennnewick from 5:30-7:00.  Training shoes, racing spikes, as well as apparel will have additional discounts during this time for Richland HS athletes.  Please plan on attending.

Friday night there will be an all team pasta feed at the Morrow's Home from 5:30 to 7:00.  Please RSVP with the Morrow's by e-mailing heymorrows@yahoo.com or by calling at 1-701-213-6957.  Their home is located at 1544 Manchester Street in Richland.
