Richland Invitational
The Richland Invitational is coming up Saturday, October 10th. This is our only fundraiser for the year and will need everyone's help. Last year we had over 70 teams participate and we issued close to 2300 race numbers. We expect the meet to be at least that big this year. There will be a parent meeting Monday October 5th @ 6:00 pm in room 2260 (building closest to Thayer). The meeting should last no later than 6:30. All athletes will be receiving a reminder to take home as at least one parent is expected to attend the meeting. Thank you for all of your help in advance.
Team T-Shirts
Remember if you ordered team t-shirts to pay the bookkeeper this week. If anyone else is interested in t-shirts, please let me know.
White Pass Cross Country Camp Registration
White Pass Cross Country Camp Registration opens this Wednesday, 9/30 at 5:00 pm. We encourage as many athletes to attend this camp as possible as it is a great kickoff to summer training. Athletes participate in lectures (training systems, nutrition, strength training, etc), workouts up in the mountains along dirt/wood chipped trails, and fun group competitions. Athletes stay in condominiums across from the White Pass Ski Resort and receive three meals a day. Athletes must plan on registering early as camp will fill up usually within the first 3-5 days after it is opened. We attend the first week of camp which this year is 7/10 to 7/15. Registration is online only. The link to registration is listed below.
