Practice Times This Week:
Monday @ 8:00 am (Track Shed)
Tuesday @ 3:00 pm (Track Shed)
Wednesday @  3:00 pm (Track Shed)
Thursday @ 3:00 pm (Room 2260)
Friday @ 2:00 pm (Track Shed)
Saturday:  Highlander Invitational

Highlander Invitational (Shadle Park High School):
*First race of the day is the Frosh Boys at 9:30 am with the last race of the day being the senior boys.
*Itinerary will be posted to this website under the "handouts" tab later this week.

Uniforms:
*Uniform handout will be on Thursday at the conclusion of practice.  Plan on athletes being released around 5:30.

Team T-Shirts
*Team T-Shirts for the boys and girls teams are being ordered early this week.  They are $10 and will be paid to the book-keeper.

Pasta-Feed:
*Braydin Henderson will be hosting a pasta feed for the girls team this Friday prior to the Highlander Invite.  More information to come later in the week.

*Any families interested in hosting a pasta-feed for the girls, boys, or both teams combined can contact me.
