Summer Conditioning for Week of 6/27-7/3

Another awesome week of summer training!  Keep up the good work.   If you're a 
little slow getting going on your summer training, now is the time to start!

PM:  Something active on your own

Thursday (6/30)
AM:  RHS Track @ 7:00 AM
PM:  Pasco Big Cross (36th & Argent) @ 7:30 PM

Friday (7/1)
AM:  RHS Track @ 7:00 AM
PM:  On Your Own

Saturday (7/2)
AM or PM:  On Your Own (Get together with your friends and run, or run on your own)

Summer Conditioning for Week of 6/20-6/26

What an awesome start to our summer training last week!  Keep up the good work.  A good cross country season starts with a great summer of training.  Schedule for this week is as follows:

AM:  RHS Track @ 7:00 AM
PM:  RHS Track @ 7:00 PM

Tuesday (6/21)
AM:  RHS Track @ 7:00 AM
PM:   Something active on your own (Running, Biking, Swimming, etc.)

Wednesday (6/22)
AM:  RHS Track @ 7:00 AM
PM:  Pasco Big Cross Course (36th and Argent) @ 7:30 PM

Thursday (6/23)
AM:  RHS Track @ 7:00 AM
PM:  Badger Mountain Playfield Parking Lot @ 7:00 PM

Friday (6/24)
AM:  RHS Track @ 7:00 AM
PM:  On Your Own

Saturday (6/25)
AM or PM:  On Your Own (Get together with your friends and run, or run on your own)
