Week #3 9/3-9/9

Keep up the great work!!  Awesome start to the season on Saturday.  Huge improvements from last year.  First meet coming up this week.  Keep working hard and let the results follow.


Monday
9:00 AM at track shed.

Tuesday
3:00 PM South Deck of Gym (Bring Spikes if you have them).

Wednesday
3:00 PM South Deck of Gym

Thursday
3:00 PM South Deck of Gym

Friday
1:30 Room 2260 if you haven't received your uniform as of yet.  
2:00 PM at track shed (Bring spikes if you have them)

Saturday
Highlander Invite at Shadle Park HS (Spokane)
Athletes racing at 9:30, 10:00, or 10:30 on 5:30 bus, all other athletes on 6:30 bus
Itineraries will be given later in the week

Mens Races

9:30 AM2.5 Miles Freshman
10:30 AM2.5 Miles Sophomore
11:30 AM2.5 Miles Juniors
12:30 PM2.5 Miles Seniors

Womens Races

10:00 AM2.5 Miles Freshman
11:00 AM2.5 Combined Girls
12:00 PM2.5 Miles Varsity

As a reminder, athletes are only allowed to ride home with their parents at the conclusion of meets unless pre-arranged through our athletic director Mr. Edwards.  

Make sure you are taking care of the little things (sleep, diet, etc).

We are looking for families interested in hosting pasta feeds througout the year on the night before meets.  If you are interested, please let me know.  There will be a pasta-feed this Friday with more information to come.
