Summer Conditioning Week #2

What an awesome first week!  Really proud of everyone that has been putting in the work so far. Make sure you are keeping a log of your activities.  If you weren't able to attend last week, please make sure you in are in contact with Coach Bartlett about what you should be doing at this point in the summer. The schedule for this week is as follows:

Monday 6/26
*AM  7:00 at RHS Track Shed (Bring your training logs)
*PM  7:00 at Howard Amon (Finger Nail) and bring money for shaved ice

Tuesday 6/27
*AM  7:00 at RHS Track Shed
*PM  On your own

Wednesday 6/28
*AM  7:00 at RHS Track Shed
*PM  On your own

Thursday 6/29
*AM  7:00 at RHS Track Shed
*PM  7:00 at Badger Mountain Playfields (meet in parking lot)

Friday 6/30
*AM  7:00 at RHS Track Shed
*PM  On your own

Saturday 7/1
On your own.

Start thinking about scheduling your physical for the upcoming school and getting your iron ferritin checked.  

Our Silverwood trip is tentatively planned for July 31st with the cost being $50 per athlete.  I will need to start finalizing how many athletes will be attending.  The cost includes transportation to the park, ticket into the park, and a catered lunch in the park.  Please email or text Coach Bartlett if this is something you are interested in participating in.    

Make sure your shoes still have good life in them before starting training.  Good shoes will last anywhere from between 300 and 500 miles.
