Labor Day Weekend

Practice this weekend is as follows:

Friday at 3:00 pm at RHS Track Shed

Saturday at 9:30 am at Badger Mountain Playfields with family BBQ to follow at 11:30 am

*Freshman bring desert

*Sophomores bring fruit or veggie tray

*Juniors bring salads

*Seniors bring chips

Monday at 10:00 am at RHS Track Shed

Summer Schedule Posted

It's official!  School's out and that means it's time for summer conditioning to get going!  The calendar has been updated!  (FYI - if you are looking at this on a mobile device, you need to view web version in order to see the calendar)  The Summer Series runs are held at the Pasco XC Course, which is off Rd 36 and Argent in Pasco.  Each race is $3.

Also coming up this summer is the annual team trip to Silverwood!  This fun filled day is for runners, family, and friends that wants to join us!  The team will meet at the high school and travel first to Farragut State Park for a run through the beautiful park.  Then they'll head over for fun at Silverwood!  If you'd like to attend, you need to pay the RHS Bookkeepers $55 and bring that receipt to Coach Bartlett.  The $55 pays for the bus, admittance to the park, and lunch at the park.  Runners will need to bring money for dinner on the way home.

Week of Richland Invite

Thank you to all the parents and athletes with their help this week.  It is shaping up to be the best Richland Invite yet.  We will have our team pictures on Friday at 10:00 am so all athletes will need to bring their uniform as well as their team issued t-shirt.  Any questions please let me know.

Week of 9/22/13

Meet this Thursday in Walla Walla at Fort Walla Walla.  Schedule is as follows:

4:30  JV Girls
5:00  JV Boys
5:30  Varsity Girls
6:00  Varsity Boys

Friday:  No practice, but athletes are expected to get a run in on their own.

Saturday:  Practice at 9:00 at the RHS Track Shed.

Week 9-9 to 9:15

Regular schedule this week.  Short practice Friday at 1:50.  Practice will be completed by 2:30.

9-14  Highlander Invite at Shadle Park High School

Schedule below:

Frosh/Soph bus will leave at  5:45 AM
Junior/Senior bus will leave at 6:45

Will return to RHS around 6:00 PM.

Week of 9-2 to 9-7

Uniform handout will be on Thursday, September 5th.  We should still be done between 5:00 & 5:30.

The Jamboree is this Friday September 6th at Leslie Groves Park.  The boys high school race will begin at 5:00 and the girls high school race is at 5:30.  Any athlete that has missed a day of practice will be competing in the community fun run at 6:00.  Cost is $1.
