Summer Conditioning Week #5

First day of cross country practice is only six weeks away.  Keep a running log of what your workouts and start planning for what you need to get done before the start of the season (schedule, new shoes, racing spikes, etc).  Keep up the good work!!  Schedule for the week is as follows:
