Summer Conditioning Week #6

Keep working hard and let the results happen.  Please make sure you are keeping a record of your physical activity (running, biking, hiking, swimming, etc).  Start of the season is only 5 weeks away.  Start making a plan for your physicals and other items that need to be taken care of before the season.
