This is a message from the ARC of Tri-Cities:

Each Runner will given a "Mile Marker" to be ready to run!   Our runners will to doing a relay with 2 of our Participants in specialized wheelchairs.  Runners will only run approximately a mile.

Please contact Megan at The Arc  at meganf@arcoftricities.com or call 783-1131 ext 129

Thanks for your support!!!!!

Athletes need to make sure they are taking care of the little things (sleep, diet, etc) to ensure a healthy and productive season.  Take care of still drinking water as the weather begins to cool.  You still need to hydrate.

Any questions, please feel free to contact Coach Bartlett at jay.bartlett@rsd.edu or by phone at 509-591-1235.

  1. The second mention of Districts has the location at Lawrence Scott- it should be Keslie Groves, correct?
