Summer Conditioning Week #4

Keep up the awesome work!  Huge strides being made by the athletes who are showing up to practice and staying consistent in what they are doing.  Keep filling out those training logs as they are invaluable.  If you are still struggling to show up consistently, let Coach Bartlett know so we can put together a plan for you. "The best time to plant a tree was 10 years ago, but the second best time is now."

Start thinking about scheduling your physical for the upcoming school and getting your iron ferritin checked.

Our Silverwood trip is set for July 31st with the cost being $50 per athlete. The cost includes transportation to the park, ticket into the park, and a catered lunch in the park. Coaches will have the registration packets at practices.  Please take these to the RHS main office with payment before noon Monday-Thursday.  I need to have finalized numbers to Silverwood by Tuesday July 18th.

Make sure your shoes still have good life in them before starting training.  Good shoes will last anywhere from between 300 and 500 miles.
